Many tools run entirely in your browser (files and text are not uploaded for those tools). Some features — such as accounts, usage limits, AI tools, saved resumes, and payments — do use our servers. This policy covers both cases.

For tools that process data only on your device (for example many PDF, image, and text utilities), input files and text typically never leave your browser. Local storage or session storage may be used for preferences or drafts (e.g. resume drafts on your machine).

When you use the site without logging in, we may create a guest session (JWT) so daily tool limits and guest features work consistently. When you register or log in we store:

• Email and password hash (for registered accounts)
• Account tier (free / premium), ban status if applicable
• Optional storage / AI credit settings
• Usage logs (which tool was used and when) to enforce fair daily limits

Optional AI features (for example resume help, ATS check, cover letter, summarizer) send the text or structured data you submit to our API, which may forward it to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or xAI) solely to generate the response. Do not submit secrets or data you are not allowed to process. AI usage may consume credits as shown in the product UI.

If you purchase a plan, payment is handled by providers such as Stripe and/or Razorpay. We store payment records needed for fulfillment (status, plan, provider references). Card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored as full card numbers on our servers.

• Server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths (security & diagnostics)
• Optional analytics (if enabled): approximate region, device type, pages viewed
• Cookie consent choice stored in your browser (localStorage)

We use cookies / local storage for essential function (session token, preferences), and — if you accept — advertising cookies for Google AdSense. You can change browser settings or use our cookie banner (Accept / Decline). See our Cookie Policy.

We may display ads via Google AdSense to support free tools. When ads are enabled and you have consented where required:

• Google and partners may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites.
• Opt out of personalized ads: Google Ads Settings; multi-vendor options: aboutads.info.

AdSense scripts and ad units are only loaded after you accept cookies for advertising when a publisher ID is configured.

Guest accounts and usage logs may be cleaned up periodically. Registered account data is kept while the account is active. You may request deletion by emailing us.

We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
