AI Code Explainer walks through a pasted snippet in plain language for intermediate developers, including edge cases when the model notices them. Each run spends AI credits (default typically 5). Your code is sent to our API and AI providers — never paste production secrets, private keys, or proprietary code you cannot share.
Add an optional language hint so the model parses syntax correctly. Explanations can be wrong on subtle concurrency, security, or version-specific APIs. Use the output as a learning aid while you still read docs and run tests.
Keep snippets focused: a function or short module works better than a multi-thousand-line dump. Strip comments that contain credentials. Credits are deducted per explain run from your free or premium pool.
This is not a formal code audit, CVE scanner, or compliance certification. Security-sensitive reviews need human experts and dedicated tooling beyond a single LLM pass.

Code is sent to configured providers to generate an explanation. Provider training/retention policies vary. Treat submissions as leaving your machine and avoid proprietary or secret-laden code.
The code_explain action defaults to about 5 credits unless an admin changes cost. Live cost is shown in the panel.
It explains behavior and may mention issues, but it is not a full repair loop. Apply fixes carefully and test.

Yes. AI Code Explainer is free to use on ezToolFlow. Guests and free accounts may have daily limits on some tools; premium tiers can raise or remove those limits. AI tools may also spend credits.
AI tools send the text you submit to our API and configured AI providers to generate a result. Do not upload secrets you cannot share. Browser-only tools do not use this path.
No for most tools — you can start as a guest. An account helps keep higher daily limits and saved work (for example AI resumes).
Close other heavy tabs, use a smaller input file, and try Chrome or Edge on desktop. Very large files can stress browser memory.
Yes, the page is responsive. Complex media or large PDFs still work better on desktop because of memory and CPU limits on phones.
