Filtering is the fastest way to answer “show me only EMEA rows” or “exclude test@ accounts” without writing SQL. Combine a column filter with find-replace to standardize status strings (for example turn N/A into a blank cell) before sharing.
Matching is practical and text-based: comparisons are case-insensitive for filtering. Find-replace performs literal substitutions on the selected column or across all columns — useful for swapping domain names, product codes, or outdated tags.
After filtering, export CSV or pass the subset into dedupe, sort, or PDF tools. For privacy, remember that even local tools sit in a browser: avoid pasting highly confidential secrets into any site you do not trust.
